Chaozhou Tongheng Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is an experienced manufacturer of portable fans and small home appliances. We operate our own brand, Kinscoter, while also providing OEM, ODM and product development services for brand owners, importers, distributors, retail chains and e-commerce businesses worldwide.
Our main product categories include portable fans, humidifiers, aroma diffusers, hand warmers and other compact household appliances. From product concept and industrial design to tooling, production, quality control and packaging, we support customers throughout the complete product development and manufacturing process.

From Idea to Delivery

Requirements & Order Confirmation
Tell us the product models, specifications, order quantity, target market, customization, packaging, and certification requirements. Our team will confirm the details, provide samples when required, and prepare a quotation and production plan.

Production & Assembly
After the order details and samples are approved, we arrange materials, component processing, customization, assembly, and production scheduling according to the confirmed specifications.

Quality Control
Quality checks cover incoming materials, product appearance, functions, aging performance, and packaging. We also support customer-specified AQL standards and third-party inspections.

Packing & Shipment
After the products pass final inspection, they are packed according to the confirmed requirements. We prepare the necessary export documents and coordinate shipment to the customer’s designated destination.

Quality Checks at Every Stage
From incoming materials to final packing, each order follows a structured inspection process to verify product quality, functionality, and appearance.
Incoming Material Inspection
Raw materials and components are checked against the confirmed specifications before entering production. Non-conforming materials are identified and handled before assembly begins.
In-Process Functional Testing
Key functions are tested during assembly so that component or assembly issues can be identified and corrected before the product is fully completed.
100% Inspection & Aging Test
After assembly, every finished product undergoes functional inspection and aging testing to verify operation, performance, and stability before packing.
Pre-Packing Appearance Inspection
Before packaging, each product is checked for surface defects, color consistency, assembly gaps, cleanliness, labels, and other visible details. Only approved products proceed to packing.

Quality procedures include incoming material inspection, appearance inspection, functional testing, aging tests, and pre-packaging inspection. Customer-specified AQL inspections are also supported.

Market Compliance Support
Standard products are normally supplied with applicable CE, RoHS, and FCC compliance documentation. We can also support additional certifications such as KC, PSE, BSMI, and UKCA according to market requirements.
